Terms of Service

1. What HumansRunIt is

HumansRunIt (the "Service") is a free, two-sided directory operated by Dumke Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ebersprung, 16321 Bernau, Germany. The Service helps independent operators (humans who set up AI agents) and small businesses (companies that need them) find each other. We do not handle transactions, do not broker contracts, and are not party to any agreement reached on or off the platform.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service — including signing up to the waitlist, browsing listings, or posting a listing — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

3. Free of charge

Listing on the directory and using it to find someone is free for both sides. We charge no listing fees, no transaction fees, no commission, no take-rate. We may introduce optional paid features in future; if so, you'll be told clearly before any payment is requested.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own dealings with the other side. We provide a discovery layer; you negotiate, contract, pay, and deliver directly between yourselves. We are not your employer, agent, or escrow. We do not vet operators or businesses beyond what's visible on their profile and reviews.

Do not post illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content. Do not impersonate others. Do not scrape the Service to build a competing directory.

5. Reviews

Reviews on HumansRunIt must be honest and based on actual interactions. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms, are clearly fake, or are off-topic. We do not edit the substance of legitimate reviews.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, correctness of listings, or the quality of any operator or business you connect with through the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by German law, our liability for damages is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. For breaches of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Mandatory liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the relationship between operators and businesses connected through the Service. Your dealings with the other side are entirely between the two of you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, post illegal content, or use the Service in a way that causes harm to others.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email you provided. The effective date at the top reflects the last revision.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Bernau, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
